Each of the new workout programs features classes that average about 10 minutes in total that focus on the specific health needs of that group.
The feature launches with four 25- to 40-minute episodes headlined by Dolly Parton, Draymond Green and others.
The offering, consisting of original workout content tightly integrated with Apple Watch features, was announced at a virtual event yesterday.
