The biotechnology company told MobiHealthNews it will continue to work within the digital health space through partnerships linked to its 'evolving R&D and commercial priorities.'

e-Psychiatry's telepsych services will be provided alongside Twill's digital treatment modalities. 

The collaboration comes weeks after Happify announced a partnership with insurer Anthem on a women's health product.

Under the deal, MedRhythms would receive a $3 million upfront payment and could earn up to $117.5 million if certain milestones are met.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the work on the feature could be born out of collaborations with UCLA and Biogen. 

The research project will be conducted using the Apple Watch and iPhone, and is set to begin during 2021.
