Tele-ophthalmology company DigiSight — now called Verana Health — has a new name, a new mission, a new CEO, and $30 million dollars in new funding led by Alphabet subsidiary GV (formerly Google Ventures).
Aledade raises $20M to expand tech-enabled ACO contracts

Bethesda, Maryland-based Aledade, which partners with primary care physicians to create tech-enabled accountable care organizations, has raised $20 million in a round led by Biomatics Capital, GV and Maryland Venture Fund.
