The digital mental health unicorn confirmed it received a grand jury subpoena from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York on the evening of May 4.

The company is also subject to a class action litigation and personal injury claims. 

The Silicon Valley EHR vendor received “sponsorship” payments from unnamed pharmaceutical companies so that the latter’s marketing team could influence the design of CDS features, according to the Department of Justice.
