San Francisco-based Limelight Health, which has developed a white-labeled health insurance quoting app, announced that it raised $3 million from MassMutual Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), and AXA Strategic Ventures.
