Healthcare software and services company WellSky (previously known as Mediware) announced yesterday the acquisition of Health Care Software (HCS), which specializes in clinical and financial software for long-term care settings.

Last week healthcare-focused intelligence and analytics software company Mediware announced that it is acquiring Rock-Pond Solutions, an analytics software company dedicated to the home infusion, home medical equipment, and specialty pharmacy industries.
