Tabula Rasa

CareVention HealthCare, a division of Tabula Rasa HealthCare, launched a remote patient monitoring service that uses biosensors and artificial intelligence to monitor patients’ vital signs and alert providers if necessary.

With the service, pharmacists can compare multiple different medications and see how risky the combination is. 

As part of the deal Tabula Rasa will acquire the DoseMeRx platform, which gives clinicians information about how a patient will metabolize and absorb certain medications.
