Singapore-headquartered telehealth startup Doctor Anywhere announced it has launched an online mental health video consultation service.

Founded in 2015, Malaysia-based corporate healthcare benefits and wellness management platform HealthMetrics last week announced it has raised a total of $5 million (approximately RM 20 million) as part of its Series A funding.

This brings their total Pre-Series A round funding amount to $3.4 million.

Both companies are aiming to expand their footprint in APAC and Japan to meet the region’s growing senior care needs.

The LumiHealth app is available in the App Store for pre-order now, and the two-year program will be offered from late October 2020.

Starting in Taiwan, this partnership aims to on-board clinics and hospitals nationwide over the next three years.  

From 10 September, a new Self-Check service and SMS service will also be launched.
