Everside recently scrapped plans for an IPO due to market conditions.

The women's health company announced it had acquired fertility startup Ava AG last week.

The latest clearance is for an algorithm that characterizes how much atrial fibrillation a patient is experiencing over time.

The partnership will allow Withings' connected scales, blood pressure monitors and sleep-tracking mats to integrate with Medable's trial platform.

"We think healthcare is high on the list of experiences that need reinvention," Neil Lindsay, SVP of Amazon Health Services, said in a statement.

Eko Murmur Analysis Software is a machine learning algorithm that detects and characterizes heart murmurs in adult and pediatric patients.

Olive announced a $400 million investment round in July 2021.

The company previously raised $1.9 million in pre-seed and seed funding.

The partnership will focus on software that uses ECGs to find left ventricular dysfunction and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

The toolkits are based on the Digital Medicine Society's Sensor Data Integrations project, which includes organizations like Amazon Web Services, Oracle, the Moffitt Cancer Center, Takeda and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
