CareVention HealthCare, a division of Tabula Rasa HealthCare, launched a remote patient monitoring service that uses biosensors and artificial intelligence to monitor patients’ vital signs and alert providers if necessary.

Cayaba Care aims to meet the full scope of maternal health needs by providing home-based and technology-enabled care.   

Its new onboarding platform builds on the Castor eConsent tool and leads participants through the recruitment, screening, consent and enrollment processes.   

The platform, called Ro Mind, lets users fill out an assessment and then consult with a clinician.

Supported from Bill and Melinda Gates, the acquisition is part of the launch of Global Access Health (GAH), a social enterprise that seeks to expand access to affordable medical technology. 

The company has plans to expand Nurx Now to offer additional urgent care services in the future.   

This, in addition to the company's Series A round from last year, brings its total amount raised to $77.5 million. 

Select Ginger clients will get access to the program starting August 2021, with broad availability slated for 2022.
