As more competitors enter an already oversupplied telehealth market, gaining consumer loyalty will be even harder, especially when competing against brands like Walmart and Amazon.

According to Trilliant Health's trends analysis, 45.7% of telehealth patients only had one visit.
The virtual care giant said the latest offering was accelerated by its merger with Livongo in 2020.
During the first six months of the pandemic, 13% of outpatient visits were conducted through telehealth. By March to August 2021, that number slipped to 8%.
The telehealth service is expanding across Asia two years since its launch in Singapore.
The feature will be introduced in the second quarter of the year.
The companies will offer a combined 750,000 patients with access to services for a variety of needs, including birth control and chronic conditions.
Biofourmis Care currently includes programs for heart failure, hypertension, diabetes, lipid management and atrial fibrillation.
The tech and retail giant said in-person offerings will be available in more than 20 new cities in 2022, including San Francisco, Miami, Chicago and New York.
