The multinational digital health company posted Q2 revenue of $265.4 million, compared with $57.5 million during the same period last year. It also reported a $157.1 million loss.

The company said the integration will serve as a model for potential partners who may want to use Babylon's tools in their platforms.
This news comes less than a month after the company closed its acquisition of health kiosk company Higi.
Babylon became a strategic investor in Higi, the maker of health-checking kiosks found in groceries and pharmacies, in May 2020.
The project aims to help further digitise the country’ healthcare system.

The deal will provide guaranteed capital to fuel the firm’s rapid growth plan.
The company is continuing to team up with Rwanda's National ID Agency to help folks register and access medical services.
