Teladoc will integrate Brightline's pediatric, adolescent and family mental healthcare services into its virtual care platform, expanding care access to individuals zero to 13.

This is the second round of layoffs in less than a year.

Butterfly Network, maker of a handheld ultrasound, also announced it had hired Joseph M. DeVivo as the company's new president and CEO.

The layoffs come three months after a $10 million extension that brought its Series C round to $115 million.
