Garmin’s new apps allow people using the Dexcom G6 CGM to see glucose levels and trends on their smartwatch.
The update is now available for download in the Garmin Connect app for the Forerunner 245, 745 and 945.
Customers are able to track their time, distance, speed, running pace and heart data using the device.
The new watch lets users track sleep and body age.
The watch is also equipped with a VO2 Max indicator, a mountain bike feature and a training guidance.
Lily is Garmin’s smallest watch yet, with a 34mm watch fase and 14mm band meant to “enhance the overall feminine aesthetic.”
Users can also use the tech to learn about body fat percentage, BMI, bone mass and body water percentage.
The watch measures oxygen and energy levels, tracks menstrual cycles, and gives insights into running, biking and swimming workouts.

Both efforts are employing popular consumer wearables and health trackers to spot potential cases of COVID-19 or other viral diseases as they begin.
