In an SEC filing, One Medical parent 1Life Healthcare said both companies had received requests from the agency for more information regarding the deal late last week.

The platform, called Impact by One Medical, aims to prevent and manage chronic conditions for One Medical members.
One Medical shareholders will now own 73% of the joint company and Iora Health shareholders will have 27%.
